Chicken breast pasta in balsamic & mix vegies



I was watching a cooking program on the telly last week with chef Aharoni and got inspired to try my own version at home.

It turned to be a hit so I decided to share it with you guys.

Most of the ingredients you should have, and if not, it’s worth getting them and try it out. Pasta lovers are going to love it.



  • 1 pack of 500gr spaghetti
  • 400gr chicken breast cut to small cubes(1cm x 1cm)
  • 1 red onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 red paprika, cut to cubes
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, cut to halves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 4-5 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 red chilli pepper(if you like, not a must)
  • Basil, handful




Mix the chicken breast cubes in salt, pepper and 4 tbs olive oil.

Heat 4-5 tbs olive oil in a frying pan.

When hot, throw in the chicken breast cubes and fry them till soft but not well done.

Put aside and in the same frying pan, fry the onions, red paprika and garlic till soft and slightly golden (add olive oil if needed).

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 min.

Taste and add salt, pepper if needed.

Add balsamic vinegar, cook for 2-3 min and mix softly.

Add the basil, mix and spread over the personal spaghetti plate.

Sprinkle some red chilli peppers & olive oil on top.
